We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Clients who fail to provide at least 24 hour notice of cancellation will be charged for 50% of their service or services. Also future appointments will need to be secured with a credit card at the time of booking. Please note that arriving late may limit the time available for your service and your service may have to be shorter. Your prompt arrival is greatly appreciated, if this is your first service with us, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to complete some REQUIRED paperwork. Clients who fail to arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment times may be asked to reschedule and could be charged a percentage of the scheduled service.
